ORANGE Custom Shop 50 Black

The Custom Series all-tube guitar amplifiers and combos represent the very best of Orange - the result of over 40 years of Orange experience, offering the legendary quality and reliability inherent in these amplifiers and combos. They are handmade, hand soldered with eyelets, making each piece unique. Of course, only the best components are used.

Specifically, the Custom Shop 50 is a 50 watt amplifier. In its preamp with its wide tonal capabilities you will find two 12AX7 tubes, the final amplifier contains two EL34 tubes. It can be connected to speakers with an impedance of 8 or 16 Ohms.

This unit really follows the motto that simplicity is power. On its front side, apart from the guitar input, standby switch and main switch, you will find only six potentiometers, namely Volume, Presence, Bass, Middle, Treble and Gain. This allows you to adjust the volume, distortion level, tone equalization on the three bands and the character of the tone at the end amp level. The rear side is no less minimalist - basically there are only 3 connectors for connecting speakers, two 8Ohm and one 16Ohm.
