The Dunlop MXR Custom Badass Overdrive guitar effect is a classic overdrive pedal with a circuit enriched with 100HZ EQ controls and a Bump switch to complement the traditional EQ Tone master control. The box will thus offer your guitar tone more brilliance, sustain and gain without degrading the natural character of the instrument/guitar tone, plus the ability to "tune" its tone with the added EQ controls, with the 100HZ knob acting as a Cut/Boost at that frequency, and the Bump switch to accentuate the bass and mids.
All the electronics are housed in a durable metal chassis. The box operates in Hardwire-Bypass mode, so it doesn't affect the pass-through signal when turned off. Power can be supplied by a 9V adapter or 9V battery.
