The modern ZOOM H1 XLR portable recorder lets you record literally anywhere and anything. The H1 XLR knows no limitations, record stereo audio for video, direct feeds from mixing consoles or song ideas and much more.
Equipped with two XLR/TRS combo inputs, the H1 XLR is ready to connect condenser or dynamic microphones, stereo line inputs or electric instruments. The 3.5mm stereo jack input allows you to record audio from camera and lapel microphones, or simply connect the output of your phone and other aux sources.
The recorder excels with great ADCs supporting 32 bit resolution and recording in a wide dynamic range with plenty of detail thanks to a sample rate of up to 96 kHz. You get crystal clear sound not only from line sources, but also from microphones via perfect preamps (-122 dB EIN). Thanks to these features, you can record even very loud (+4dBu) signals without worrying about input distortion.
Recording is possible in mono or stereo format, as required. The H1 LR is the perfect solution for cameras, recording music rehearsals, live concerts, podcasts and reports. When paired with a mobile phone via USB-C, it adds high-end professional sound to your video.
Zoom H1 XLR is also a full dual-channel USB audio interface that works in conjunction with Mac, Windows, and iOS and Android mobile devices. So you can work on your desktop DAW or mobile apps and simultaneously record to the internal SD card.
