Renowned Yamaha introduces a new, upper-middle class of electronic percussion instruments that takes its years of experience in acoustic percussion production and combines it with the latest digital technologies. This series offers cutting-edge sounds and features that are sure to be appreciated by professionals and less experienced players alike.

The drum pads on this kit are made from birch wood, giving not only a stylish look but also an authentic feel to the playing experience. In addition, they feature new, unique TCS (Textured Cellular Silicone) membranes that add to the realistic feel of the game. The pads also feature the same hoops and hardware found on traditional Yamaha acoustic drums.

The kit features the new DTX-PRO module, which provides a whole new level of sound quality. You'll find over 400 sounds, recorded in the finest European studios, which you can edit at will with a wide variety of effects. Plus, you have the option to upload up to 1000 of your own samples to the module. In addition, the module is equipped with, for example, Android and iOS connectivity, thanks to which you can conveniently record or practice, and beginners will certainly enjoy the training assistant.

A new feature of the module is, for example, the "Kit Modifier Knobs" section, thanks to which you can adjust ambient sound characteristics, compression, digital reverb and many other effects. In addition, each channel also has its own equalization and attack or decay settings, so you can really adjust the final sound down to the finest detail.

Of course there's no shortage of flexible connectivity either, you'll find USB Midi and 5 pin Midi OUT, USB output for mobile devices and computer, left and right master outputs, headphone output or aux input.

This set includes a 12" diameter dual zone snare pad, three tom pads, two 13" cymbal pads, one 15" diameter dual zone cymbal pad, a hi-hat cymbal with stand and a bass drum pad. Bass drum pedal not included.
