The Warm Audio ODD Box V1 is a classic "dirt" overdrive effect that will give you the juicy mid-to-high gain sound of "melted" guitar amps. By changing the letter in the ODD name, you'll quickly guess what the inspiration and inspiration for this box was. So definitely don't expect a transparent overdrive, the ODD Box V1 is here to kick your guitar sound up a notch and give it more punch.
Three pedal controls determine the output volume, gain level and EQ. The UK/US switch toggles between a British character with more pronounced upper mids and an overall punchier sound, and an American one with more clean headroom, so that at lower gain settings and quieter playing, it cleanly boosts the sound to explode sonically like a real amp when you're really digging into the strings and cranking up the gain.
The pedal effect is wired as a true bypass. Premium A TLO82CP Op-Amp components, 2N7000 transistors and hand selected capacitors and resistors were used in its manufacture. Use a 9V battery or 9-18V adapter (not included) to power the amp.
