The SOLO/610 delivers the classic vintage sound derived from the famous Putnam 610 mixing console, all in a very attractive and high quality design and at a price level affordable to most smaller project and home studios.
The SOLO/610 all-tube microphone/instrument preamplifier brings back the much-loved warm tube character of the original UA 610 consoles, which has lent and imprinted its signature sound on many exceptional musical acts and artists from Frank Sinatra to Van Halen.
The SOLO/610 will enhance the sound of any microphone model from the cheapest to the most expensive, giving it its unmistakable vintage character. Unlike larger rack-mounted equipment, the SOLO/610 is very compact and portable and can therefore be used seamlessly in a professional control or recording room, on stage or in a home studio environment.
The SOLO/610 tube preamplifier was designed primarily to achieve the same sonic results as its vintage predecessors, and achieves the same build quality and features the same components as much more expensive processors such as the 2-610 or M610.
