The new generation Apollo x16 comes with elite 24 bit/192 kHz converters and the widest dynamic range to date, making it an ideal match when combined with Apollo Monitor Correction, a planned application developed in collaboration with Sonarworks to correct listening depending on acoustic environment measurements, including headphone emulation. A handy new Auto Gain feature is available for all input channels on the virtual mixing console, as well as improved subwoofer integration in the form of Bass Management. Of course, the unique Unison preamps allow the user to emulate the input signal using UAD plug-ins with near-zero latency.
