Universal Audio's Apollo Series audio interfaces have been the state-of-the-art solution for recording audio and working with DAWs for several years. Thanks to the combination of a DSP unit and the best sounding plug-ins on the market, which perfectly emulate the topologies and sound capabilities of the most iconic analogue devices, they are one of the best-selling and most successful interfaces of their kind worldwide.
The new generation Apollo Twin X comes with elite 24 bit/192 kHz converters and the widest dynamic range to date, making it an ideal match when combined with Apollo Monitor Correction, a planned application developed in collaboration with Sonarworks to correct listening depending on acoustic environment measurements, including headphone emulation. A handy new Auto Gain feature is available for all input channels on the virtual mixing console, as well as improved subwoofer integration in the form of Bass Management. Of course, the unique Unison preamps allow the user to emulate the input signal using UAD plug-ins with near-zero latency.
