Taylor Custom GA C24ce B3003

The Custom GA C24ce B3003 is an electroacoustic guitar from the top of the line Taylor Custom series. This is the Grand Auditorium model, Taylor's original design introduced to the public in 1994, combining the qualities of Dreadnought and Grand Orchestra guitars.

The Hawaiian koa top features a gloss lacquer finish and Shaded Edgeburst color scheme. The back and sides are made of Indian rosewood. The guitar's sonic qualities are elevated to a higher level by the patented V-Class ribbing, which enhances the guitar's performance in three aspects - increasing the instrument's volume, extending sustain and improving intonation.

An ebony fingerboard is glued to the mahogany neck. Stable tuning is ensured by attaching the strings through the Black TusQ zero fret in the Gotoh 510 Antique Gold mechanism and through the Micarta saddle fret in the ebony fingerboard. The guitar's luxurious workmanship is accentuated by the armrest, body surround and exotic cocobolo tuning pegs, and mother-of-pearl inlay (Shell/MOP/Pink Abalone) on the fingerboard, headstock and tailpiece.

The guitar is equipped with the company's high-quality Expression System 2 electronics and built-in Taylorsense monitoring system that will alert you in the event of a problem (humidity, temperature, battery level) via the Taylor Guitars App (iOS) on your phone. The Taylor Expression System 2 uses three specially designed independent piezo pickups located behind the fingerboard. Unlike conventional pickups, they don't sense the up and down movement of the board, but the natural back and forth vibration of the fingerboard. This makes the sound much more natural, colourful and pleasing, and more responsive to the dynamics of your playing. At the same time, the new preamp makes the signal 25% stronger. Of course, feedback is eliminated and you can adjust the volume, bass and treble.
