The Custom C26ce B4036 is an electroacoustic guitar from Taylor's top-of-the-line Custom line. It is a guitar with a large resonant body of Grand Symphony type, which will please all lovers of big sound with full bass and beautiful sustain.
The body of the guitar is made of solid select Tasmanian blackwood. The sound of the guitar is elevated to a higher level by the patented V-Class ribbing, which improves the guitar's characteristics in three aspects - increasing the volume of the instrument, extending the sustain and improving intonation.
The ebony fingerboard is fitted with 20 frets. Stable tuning is guaranteed by the string attachment via a Black TusQ zero fret in Gotoh 510 Antique Gold pegs and a Micarta saddle fret in an ebony fingerboard. The guitar's luxurious workmanship is accentuated by a body cutout with a handy soundport, a perimeter binding in bloodwood, decorative position markers on the maple and bloodwood fingerboard and headstock, and a rosette composed of maple and bloodwood rings.
The guitar is fitted with the company's high-quality Expression System 2 electronics and built-in Taylorsense monitoring system, which will alert you in the event of a problem (humidity, temperature, battery level) via the Taylor Guitars App (iOS) on your phone. The Taylor Expression System 2 uses three specially designed independent piezo pickups located behind the fingerboard. Unlike conventional pickups, they don't sense the up and down movement of the board, but the natural back and forth vibration of the fingerboard. This makes the sound much more natural, colourful and pleasing, and more responsive to the dynamics of your playing. At the same time, the new preamp makes the signal 25% stronger. Of course, feedback is eliminated and you can adjust the volume, bass and treble.
The instrument comes in a deluxe carrying case.
