Tanglewood TJ 8 E

Electro-Acoustic Guitar / HN263544
British brand Tanglewood introduces more affordable acoustic guitars in retro and modern designs.

The TJ8E is an electro-acoustic guitar with a smaller Parlor body from the Java Series. The front of the guitar is made of solid spruce, while the back and sides are made of plywood with a distinctive pattern - ebony amara/makasar on the sides and wings of the back and the center wedge of the back made of spalted mango. A fingerboard made of modern composite material is glued to the mahogany neck.

The strings are held in open nickel tuning machines and a composite fingerboard via a plastic zero fret. The nice workmanship is accentuated by the mother-of-pearl inlay on the twelfth fret (Mother-of.Pearl) and the rosette and perimeter binding made of mahogany and plastic lines (ABS).

The sound system features Fishman Presys electronics with three-band equalizer and built-in tuner.
