Strymon Lex V2

Strymon V2 guitar effects are new and improved versions of popular pedal effects (Strymon Blue Sky, Flint, El Capistan, Deco, DIG and Lex). All Strymon V2 effects offer MIDI compatibility and MIDI control, including MIDI clock sync and access to 300 presets via MIDI, USB-C for MIDI-over-USB and firmware updates, TRS full stereo inputs with mono/stereo input switch, new Strymon Class A JFET preamp, as well as a powerful new 520MHz ARM processor.

In a compact pedal effect format, the Strymon Lex V2 offers the ultimate in realistic rotary speaker sound with all its components: bass rotor, rotating treble horn, tube-driven amplifier, precision-tuned microphone, and all the complex interactions between these elements.

Two footswitches on the effect pedal switch between on/off status and Slow/Fast rotor speed modes. Individual controls determine rotor speed in Fast and Slow modes, the distance of the virtual microphone from the rotary speakers, the treble output signal, preamp distortion, volume (+/-6dB Boost/Cut), and the amount of dry signal added (ranging from 0 - 50 percent). The Mic switch adjusts the microphone pickup from the front or rear of the cabinet, the second Ramp switch the speed at which the rotary speakers respond to a mode change (footswitching). Using the secondary functions, you can separate the horn and woofer output to the L and R outputs or, in Cab Filter Live Edit mode, send the signal directly to the audio interface, mix or FRFR speakers.

The Expression Pedal input allows you to connect an external TRS expression pedal, MiniSwitch/MultiSwitch Plus switches, or TRS MIDI connections. All electronics are housed in a durable yet lightweight aluminum chassis. The Strymon Lex V2 offers a choice between true bypass and buffered bypass circuitry. Use the included 9V adapter for power supply.
