This violin set from Stentor will especially please experienced players and advanced students who are looking for a really high quality instrument at a reasonable price. The top is traditionally carved from select spruce, while the neck, back and sides are maple. The beautiful wood grain is further enhanced by a special, hand-applied Shellax varnish. Ebony wood was used for the fingerboard, as well as for the tuning pegs, saddle and fretboard. The Wittner string is fitted with four precision tuners, while the headstock is supplied by Aubert.
In addition to the instrument itself, the set includes a high-quality Brazilwood bow with ebony frog and mother-of-pearl inlay, while a luxurious padded case ensures reliable protection on the road.
