The popular UR Series sound cards have seen several innovations that will further deepen users' affinity for these intuitive devices. The quality of audio recordings has been improved, new DSP effects have been added, the designers have strengthened the durable chassis and, most importantly, the card now features an ultra-fast third-generation USB-C connector to extend compatibility to iOS devices. The dspMixFx virtual mixer has also received a new coat, which is again included in the package and is now compatible with iPhone devices. VST plugins now include REV-X reverb, Channel strip with compressor and EQ correction, as well as four guitar simulations for Clean, Crunch, Drive and Lead signals. The Steinberg UR44C is one of the most popular four-channel sound cards on the market. It has won the hearts of customers especially with its intuitive controls and flexible use, you can connect really anything that produces an audio signal. Four inputs allow you to record an acoustic and chamber concert, a choir or a vocal quartet. Output signal quality is 32bit/192kHz, and all channels feature a built-in premium D-PRE microphone preamp for crystal clear, bright and powerful sound.

On the front panel you'll find four combo XLR/Jack 6.3 mm inputs for microphone or musical instrument. All channels include the aforementioned preamplifier, and phantom power for condenser microphones is provided by the second and fourth channels with a switch on the front of the soundcard. There are separate GAIN controls and peak indicators for each channel. To the right you'll find an output volume control, a headphone volume control for each channel and two headphone outputs.

The rear panel offers two line inputs, six line outputs for connecting to speakers or other equipment, and a USB output for connecting to a PC. You'll also find a CC mode switch for connecting an iPad device.

Each UR44 package includes a copy of Cubase AI, and when you purchase a sound card you can download software that includes tools for recording, mixing and editing audio.
