Sound card
The Steinberg IXO22 is a two-channel audio interface with two inputs, two outputs and a USB-C connection.
The IXO22 sound card features 24bit/192kHz converters and a direct monitoring switch that allows you to choose between different source audio mix modes, providing latency-free hardware input monitoring with any DAW. With two +48V phantom-powered microphone preamps, you can connect two studio microphones. Alternatively, the second channel can also be used as an instrument Hi-Z high-impedance input. In addition to the main stereo line output, the IXO 22 also offers a headphone output with independent volume control. Thanks to the easy-to-use Loopback function, high-quality live streaming is possible.
The interface power supply is handled via a USB bus. For mobile recording with iPad or iPhone, an additional USB-C socket is available for connecting a power supply (not included). IXO22 supports PC and Mac computers, iPad, iPhone.
Studio condenser microphone ST-M01
The supplied ST-M01 studio condenser microphone features a cardioid pickup characteristic and is characterized by its clean, smooth response, exceptional sensitivity and wide frequency response. It captures every detail in superb quality and is ideal for recording vocals, interviews, acoustic guitar and other instruments or field recordings. A low-noise microphone cable is also included.
Monitoring headphones
The ST-H01 sealed headphones provide accurate and neutral listening, making them ideal for monitoring during recording and creating the final mix. The sealed design means low sound penetration into the microphone during recording, making it ideal for singers recording their own vocals, for example.
A desktop version of the popular DAW Steinberg Cubase AI and Cubasis LE for iOS mobile devices is included. A lightweight version of the mastering software WaveLab LE is also available. You'll also get a choice of free VST tools and audio loop kits when you register the IXO interface. Steinberg Plus content changes regularly. Buyers cannot choose which products are included.
