Other various enhancements include MIDI handling and editing, MIDI CC recording capability has been added, and adaptation for MIDI 2.0 format. A number of MIDI plugins have been given a new graphical look (Pro, Artist versions). For video makers, there is a Track Versions feature as well as the ability to replace an audio track in a video without re-rendering. The video engine itself has also been improved, now it is possible to use your GPU acceleration for decoding in H264 format. The Transport Bar has a new Tap Tempo feature. A quick MONO/STEREO setting function has been added for individual channels. Also, the zoom function, keyboard shortcut database and better windowing have been redesigned. The audio signal from a track or sampler can now be routed to the input of another audio track as well as to FX or group channels.

The minimum requirements to run Cubase 13 are 64-bit Windows 10 (22H2), Windows 11 (22H2) or macOS Ventura or Monterey.
