There are many occasions when you need to provide a quality sound system that both meets the demanding requirements for professional sound, but also looks elegant and unobtrusive. If you need a stylish sound system for smaller events in a club, a wedding or an intimate event in a church and anywhere where huge acoustic pressure is not required, the Soundsation HyperUp 8A is a great choice.
It is a portable active sound system that weighs less than 12 kg. The base consists of an 8" subwoofer, into which you place two spacers that create a tripod for a vertical array of four 2.75" wideband speakers with 120° x 20° wide coverage. The spacers can be omitted entirely or only one can be used depending on the location of the system, the height required and the coverage of the space (raised stage, seated audience, etc.). The transducers are driven by a 600 W high-end Class D amplifier.
The system includes a three-channel mixing console with the ability to directly connect two microphones, line signals and also a built-in music file player with USB, SD card and Bluetooth connectivity. The mix is controlled by a DSP unit and offers four sound presets for different needs.
Thanks to the GO-SOUND AIR mobile app, many functions can be controlled directly via Bluetooth and smart devices (Android, iOS). Of course, stereo operation and wireless connection of two HyperUp8A kits for TWS (True Wireless Stereo) is also supported.
The system includes a padded bag for safe transport of the three column segments, the subwoofer case is sold as an optional accessory.
