The Sigma SGR-41 is a full-massive Grand Auditorium acoustic guitar from the higher-end Custom Guitars series that is sure to appeal to even the most demanding musicians with its craftsmanship, premium materials and playability. The GA models are popular with finger and pick players for their medium-sized body comfort and balanced sound.
The front of the guitar is made of solid Sitka spruce, while the back and sides are made of solid Indian rosewood. The combination of these woods guarantees a clear sound with warm bass and great dynamic response. An ebony fingerboard is glued to the mahogany neck, which is attached to the body with a Dovetail Neck Joint at the 14th fret as standard. Orientation around the fingerboard surface is facilitated by decorative mother-of-pearl position markers.
The strings are mounted in open Grover mechanisms in gold finish with Butterbean pegs and an ebony fingerboard. The zero fret and compensated bone saddle ensure ideal vibration transfer of the strings. The luxurious craftsmanship is accentuated by the burnished gloss finish of the body, double-sided perimeter body binding complemented by the ornate top, backplate decoration, tortoiseshell imitation pickguard, mother-of-pearl rosette and rich mother-of-pearl headstock decoration.
The guitar comes in a handy soft case.
