The Sigma SDR-28M is a full-massive dreadnought acoustic guitar from the higher-end Custom Guitars series that is sure to appeal to even the most demanding musicians with its craftsmanship, premium materials and playability.
The front of the guitar is made of solid AA quality Adirondack spruce, while the back and sides are made of solid Madagascar rosewood. The combination of these woods guarantees a clear sound with warm bass and great dynamic response. An ebony fingerboard is glued to the mahogany neck, which is attached to the body with a Dovetail Neck Joint at the 14th fret as standard. Orientation on the fingerboard surface is facilitated by decorative position markers.
The strings are held in Grover open nickel mechanisms with Butterbean pegs and an ebony fingerboard. The zero fret and compensated bone saddle ensure ideal vibration transfer of the strings. The nice workmanship is accentuated by the burnished gloss finish of the body, the peripheral body binding complemented by a decorative pickguard, backplate decoration, imitation tortoiseshell pickguard and the company logo on the headstock.
The guitar comes in a handy soft case.
