The Sigma S000R-28V is a full-massive acoustic guitar type 000 from the higher series Custom Guitars, which with its workmanship, premium materials and playing characteristics will certainly appeal to even the most demanding musicians. The smaller size of the "triple strings" (compared to Dreadnought guitars) guarantees good playing characteristics and comfort even for players of smaller stature or build.
The front of the guitar is made of solid AA quality Adirondack spruce, the back and sides are made of solid Indian rosewood. The combination of these woods guarantees a clear sound with warm bass and great dynamic response. An ebony fingerboard is glued to a mahogany neck with a Modified V profile, attached to the body with a Dovetail Neck Joint at the 14th fret as standard. Orientation on the fingerboard surface is facilitated by decorative position markers.
The strings are held in Grover open nickel mechanisms with Butterbean pegs and an ebony fingerboard. The zero fret and compensated bone saddle ensure ideal vibration transfer of the strings. The nice workmanship is accentuated by the burnished gloss finish of the body, the peripheral body binding complemented by a decorative pickguard, back plate decoration, imitation tortoiseshell pickguard and the company logo on the headstock.
The guitar comes in a handy soft case.
