The saddle, like the zero fret, is made of bone. Chromed die-cast tuning mechanisms are used for tuning, and a tortoiseshell pickguard protects the lacquer from pick strikes. Around the soundboard is a decorative rosette.
The guitar is equipped with active electronics with an under-coil piezo pickup and built-in tuner.
