Sandberg California TT electric basses are instruments based on the time-honoured Jazz Bass design concept. Like other Sandberg instruments, these are made in Germany from premium materials by a team of highly experienced guitar builders.
The body of this bass is made from luxurious magagone in a gloss finish. The neck is made of Canadian maple and bolted on with six screws, which keep it in a completely accurate position. The fingerboard is ebony and features 22 frets, while the instrument's gauge is the classic 864 millimetres. It is equipped with two single-coil pickups, specifically the delano JMVC FE/M2 model. The volume, treble, bass and tone potentiometer can be used to adjust the sound. The headstock is typically solid with separate stones and made by Sandberg. The tuning machines are also Sandberg.
