Eight tracks of clip-based sequencing.
The MC-707 eight-track sequencer is optimized for the production of modern electronic styles and ever-evolving genres. The TR-REC step sequencer is the same one you'll find in classic Roland drum machines and is perfect for quick rhythm exposure. There are also 16 ultra-sensitive pads for playing or sequencing percussion, melodic bass or polyphonic chord sequences. The sequencer clips even store your controller movements along with the notes. This lets you create dramatic, dynamic effects like deep Reverb with a single clap, slow transitions with filters, and much more.

Deep Synthesis.
The MC-707 features our latest sound processor, which combines virtual analog and modern PCM. It's adaptable, powerful and easy to dive into the depths of its sonic capabilities. It boasts the sounds of legendary Roland rhythm instruments and synthesizers that laid the foundation for electronic music - including the TR-808, TR-909, TB-303, JUNO-106, and SH-101. But the MC-707 also looks ahead. Its modern digital and hybrid sounds are perfectly suited to creating future classics today.

Record, sample, edit, and rock.
In addition to an advanced synthesis generator, the MC-707 also offers a powerful sampler with anytime-available recording that syncs with the pace of the project. Record vocals or instruments or import them from your own collection, then it's a breeze to sequence or trigger phrases, one-off samples and loops. You can also alter the samples and mess them up a bit, perhaps shortening or inverting them. And that's thanks to the inspiration and precision that only direct control offers.

Studio-quality effects.
With the MC-707's vast array of professional effects, your music will be slick and ready to listen. Each of the eight tracks has its own effects processing and a huge number of variations. The florid Chorus adds depth to pads and other synth sounds. Delay and Reverb create a captivating space and add dynamics to subtle sequences. Overdrive, Distortion and Amp Simulation add grit and intensity to synths, guitars, drums and other sounds. You can also run the entire mix through Master Effects such as Filters, Bit Crusher and Bus Compressor to bring everything together into one clear and punchy whole.

A physical experience.
The MC-707 and its army of controls allow you to immerse yourself in the music and physically shape it in depth. With faders for each track, you can instantly mix and organize individual lines, and you can easily assign any function you need to the controls. Controller movements can even be recorded so they automatically play back. And the 8x2 pad layout isn't just great for drums - you can also enter melodies and chords with tempo, and trigger audio and MIDI clips too.
