In fact, the microphone can be purchased in five unusual colours - red, pink, green, blue and purple - in addition to the standard sleek black finish.
The NT1 Signature series is designed and manufactured from the highest quality components at RØDE's Sydney , Australia manufacturing facility. The HF6 1" condenser capsule with cardioid characteristic features a sparkling sound in the upper frequency spectrum, a highly detailed midrange and rich, warm bass. Exceptionally low (4 dBA) microphone noise alone achieves exceptionally low levels and, in turn, handles very high sound pressures (SPL up to 142 dB). The microphone also has a very sturdy body made of high-quality aluminum, so you can be sure it will last you a very long time. The manufacturer guarantees a 10 year company warranty after registration ! Sonically, the microphone is totally versatile and will work in every recording situation you can imagine - from recording vocals, piano and acoustic guitar to drums, percussion and electric guitar.
