The unique Roadie automatic tuner has now reached its third version, which is improved in virtually every respect compared to the second generation. With this handy tool, you can tune your instrument, be it guitar, ukulele, banjo, mandolin or many others, conveniently and very quickly, so you can concentrate on what's really important - playing. In addition, the new version gives you, for example, a quick and easy string change function or a metronome function.
Compared to the second generation, this model is equipped with an improved motor that can handle up to twice the speed of tuning or string winding (110 rpm), better resistance to ambient noise and much more precise tuning thanks to an advanced vibration sensing system. Over 150 different tunings are available, plus room for custom presets. Together with the improved pin grip, you can tune a wide range of instruments. The motor can handle strings up to 0.75" thick and offers a function for automatic winding and tuning when changing strings.
On the front, you'll find a clear colour LCD display (with double the resolution of version 2), which makes it easy to set the desired tuning, speed, or function of the built-in vibrating or acoustic metronome. In addition, the display is capable of showing the current frequency of the tuned string in real time.
Another improvement is, for example, the smaller, ergonomic design, which, with dimensions of just 51 x 25 x 89 mm, can easily fit into a pocket and also provides a comfortable grip. The device is powered by a built-in extra-long-life battery that can tune up to 150 strings on a single charge. Recharging is then possible via the included USB cable.
