Razzor Acoustic frames are manufactured in the Czech Republic and have noticeably higher absorption capabilities in reducing or completely absorbing certain frequencies than the often preferred cheapest foam solution. The 600 x 600 x 100 mm frame houses the absorbent material Envizol TB OH 50, which is an ecological mineral wool with the highest efficiency and a grammage of 50 kg/m3. This material, unlike other mineral wools, does not release hazardous micro-clumps and is itself fully recyclable. Its main characteristic is its excellent effective absorption of 50% at a frequency of 150 Hz, and complete absorption from 300 Hz upwards!
Another advantage is the design and aesthetic appearance itself. The frame, made of 18 mm thick birch plywood (EN 636-2, S, E1), has a honey finish and the entire panel is covered with cotton fabric (210 - 350 g/m2, 80%CO + 20%PES). This makes the beautiful panel look much better than the dust-catching foam pyramids.
