The McCarty 594 Singlecut Red Tiger is an instrument with the soul of vintage guitars, a single-cut body design and great playing characteristics. At first glance, the impressive wood grain of the figured maple top catches the eye. A rosewood fingerboard is glued to a mahogany neck with a Pattern Vintage profile. Of course, the guitar's shorter gauge (625 mm) is embodied in the McCarty 594 model designation (24.594 inches). Position markers in the form of mother-of-pearl bird silhouettes facilitate orientation around the fingerboard surface.

The guitar is fitted with a pair of 58/15 LT humbuckers with vintage character and a mid-set sound that doesn't lack transparency. In addition, the humbucker coils can be disconnected using push/pull tone control knobs. This turns the full humbucker sound into a single-coil in seconds, or you can combine the two sounds. Good sustain is guaranteed by anchoring the strings in the company's vintage-style tuning machines and two-piece zinc-plated headstock with brass stones.

The instrument comes in a carrying case.
