Infinity 2 is a hi-fi stereo double looper from Pigtronix designed for composing, arranging and performing. It can be used as a dual-channel looper, allowing you to switch seamlessly between two loops and change them in real time, or as a single-channel looper with two footswitches, one of which controls common functions such as record, play, overdub, while the other can be assigned its function. You'll have a choice of Stop (stops the loop when it's finished playing, immediately, or lets it decay smoothly), Once (plays the loop once more from the beginning and then stops it, creating a stuttering "stutter" effect when pressed repeatedly), Octave (changes the sample rate between 24 and 48 kHz, speeding up/slowing down the sound), and Undo (erases the last recorded loop and restores it when pressed again).
Looper offers hi-fi audio of the best quality and ultra-low latency, giving you reliability and freedom wherever you take your experiments. The rear panel provides two pairs of inputs and outputs for mono and stereo connections, an input for an external footswitch and a USB port for easy firmware updates. The box is wired as a buffered bypass, so it can kick in a signal that has faded after a long journey through an endless array of cables and effects. A 9V DC adapter is required for power (draw should be no more than 100 mA).
