Mayones Duvell Elite VF 7

The Duvell series from the Polish brand Mayones offers highly crafted electric guitars with stylishly pointed horns. The modern design and overall sound setup of the guitars targets players of contemporary metal, core and djent styles.

The ash body of the seven-string Duvell Elite VF 7 is adorned with a top made of Eye Poplar wood with a nice eyelet pattern. The bolted neck made of five pieces of exotic wenge and purpleheart/amaranth woods is glued to an ebony fingerboard fitted with twenty-four slanted stainless steel frets (Ferd Wagner Stainless Steel, 2.80 x 3.34). The 645-686 mm gauge gives the strings optimum tension and, in the opinion of some musicians, a more natural movement of the hand on the fingerboard. Maximum playing comfort is ensured by a specially shaped neck foot for easy matching at higher fretboard positions and a belly cut back.

The two Bare Knuckle humbuckers, the Aftermath and Cold Sweat neck humbuckers, provide the guitar with a dynamic sound with precise articulation ideal for all modern rock and metal genres, as well as a relatively wide range of tones (enriched by the push/pull function of the volume knob, including sounds with a pure single-coil character).

Good tuning and sustain is supported by the string attachment via the zero fret (Graphtech Black TusQ) in the Hipshot Griplock locking mechanism and via the Hipshot VF 7 solid bridge through the body of the guitar. The luxurious design is accentuated by the impressive Trans Dirty Purple Gloss body finish and Mixed Gold hardware.

The guitar comes in a high quality case (Mayones Hybrid Case) along with Schaller strap safety locks.
