Road Series Special SC is a guitar from the strictly limited series of the brand. It is a modern instrument with a new, guitar-friendly and comfortable asymmetrical body shape and great fit along the entire length of the neck (patented Sure Align system). The front of the guitar is made of solid Sitka spruce, while the back and sides are made of laminated veneered koa with a distinctive wood grain. The top of the guitar is adorned with an impressive Special Burst finish. The playing and acoustic properties of the guitar are enhanced by an ergonomically shaped neck foot and a special reduced X-type ribbing (Tone Tension X Brace).
A Select Hardwood neck with a fast High Performance Taper profile is glued to a 20-fret ebony fingerboard. The strings are held in open tuning machines and an ebony fingerboard. The stylish finish is accentuated by the black body surround and black hardware.
The LR Baggs Element preamp with Volume and Tone controls discreetly placed in the guitar's soundhole offers sound reinforcement. The guitar comes in a quality gig bag, making it instantly ready to be loaded into the trunk of your car/van for long or short trips to pursue your musical dreams.
