Martin OM-28E LR Baggs Anthem

The Martin OM-28E LR Baggs Anthem is an all-massive electro-acoustic guitar of the Orchestra type from the Standard series, which brings together highly crafted instruments in classic Martin designs. The front of the guitar is made from solid American Sitka spruce, while the back and sides are also made from solid East Indian rosewood. The good acoustic properties of the guitar are accentuated by the lowered X-ribs (Scalloped X-Brace) of the soundboard.

The Select Hardwood neck, attached to the body at the fourteenth fret, is fitted with a 20-fret ebony fingerboard. Orientation on its surface is facilitated by pearl (Abalone) position markers and white dots on the sides. Precise tuning and good sustain are guaranteed by the string attachment through the TusQ compensated saddle and bone zero fret in open nickel mechanics and ebony cob. The stylish look of the instrument is accentuated by the double-sided Antique White body binding, the herringbone front and back panel, a rosette composed of black lines, rosewood veneer on the headstock, Butterbean tuning pegs and a pickguard made of imitation tortoiseshell, which also protects the lacquer from scratches.

Faithful transmission of the instrument's acoustic sound is guaranteed by the L.R. Baggs Anthem electronics with patented Tru-Mic technology combining microphone pickup and Element sub-coil pickup. The controls are discreetly placed in the guitar's soundhole.
