MainStream is an all-in-one solution that streamlines your desktop setup by integrating, for example, your game channel with your microphone or headset, cameras and other sources, allowing you to control your live broadcast from one powerful device.

Console gaming setup
MainStream acts as a capture card for Switch, Xbox, PlayStation and other game consoles. Simply connect your console to the HDMI input and through the HDMI passthrough to your TV.

Setting up your computer for gaming
Run professional live streaming via Mackie MainStream, including a high-end DSLR camera connected via HDMI, a USB webcam for an additional angle, and a high-quality XLR broadcast microphone and headphones. Everything connects to your computer with a single USB-C cable.

Interview setup
Flexibility makes Mackie MainStream the ideal interface for any type of stream. The interview setup uses, for example, a DSLR, USB microphone and smartphone to chat with a guest who has signed up for a call (the Mix Minus feature ensures the caller doesn't hear an echo).

Matrix Software
The free Matrix software is completely optional but very powerful. You can add up to 6 virtual inputs (like Discord or Spotify) and 4 hardware inputs that can be routed to the live broadcast. Add vocal effects, edit the mix, and create and trigger samples with 24 virtual pads. You can use Matrix with devices other than MainStream.

HDMI input and output
The Mackie MainStream features HDMI input with video capture (1080p x 60 fps) and HDMI distribution for your monitor (4K x 60 fps) so you can live stream and play in high quality.

USB-C HUB for your devices
Consolidate and streamline your entire setup with two USB-C inputs for additional cameras, USB microphones, flash drives, and any other USB devices you want to connect to your computer for live streaming.

Analog inputs
In addition to the main microphone input (with +60dB gain), MainStream features a headset input, smartphone input for live streaming phone calls, headphone output, and stereo line outputs that are ideal for connecting speakers.
