The Mackie CR8SBT active subwoofer not only gives you a hefty dose of great bass in a seamless integration into your existing stereo listening experience, but thanks to the built-in Bluetooth module you can then play music wirelessly and in perfect quality on your complete set-up.
Even if you have a stereo tuned pair of listening monitors, you can't really hear and feel the kick drum or sound effects while watching movies and playing games, at most on headphones. Thanks to the CR8SBT, that really won't be a problem anymore. This great subwoofer, which is still unobtrusive and stylish enough, can shake up the mugs on the shelf in the next room and play you like a fart from 40Hz onwards.
Any doubts about how you're gonna connect it all?
No problem. First, plug the sound source into the subwoofer, where you have two Jack and RCA inputs, no matter which you choose. Then you plug your existing speakers into the subwoofer output.
Yeah, but how am I gonna control the volume?
Well, since you ask... Uncle Mackie included a CRDV desktop volume control with your subwoofer. It's even dual, so you can control the volume of the subwoofer and the original active speakers separately, and fine-tune your listening to exactly how you want it.
