Guitar Modelling Combo / HN206751
The second series of Spider MKII modeling combos builds on the success of the previous machines, which were among the best-selling products of the Line6 brand. Newly equipped with the Classic Speaker mod for a more natural sound and feel, the powerful processor has also been improved, offering a wealth of classic sounds and effects along with advanced technology. They are therefore very versatile and suitable for practice, live playing and recording. Spider MKII offers a new modern design, the front grille and knobs on the control panel have been innovated. The Artist & Song preset collection has been expanded to include artists such as Bill Kelliher, Josh Smith, Devin Townsend, Dustin Kensrue, Jeff Loomis, Ola Englund, Fluff, Jeff Schroeder, Oz Noy, Vernon Reid and more.
Specifically, the Spider V 20 MKII is a combo with 20 watts of power and an eight-inch speaker in the cabinet that will please all guitarists who prefer maximum control without having to flip through a sound database. It offers sixteen sonically distinct presets, including acoustic and bass, to which you can assign three effects with simple FX (off/on - like guitar pedals) controls. Tap/Tuner adjusts the shape/length of the delay and effects modulation, while holding down the button activates the built-in tuner. Use the Reverb control to add an extra layer and shine to your sound. The remaining potentiometers determine the volume of the machine, the amount of distortion (Drive) and the tone colour.
A USB interface connects to Mac, PC, iOS or Android-based devices, where you can record directly to your computer/laptop (Steinerg Cubase LE DAW included), or further edit sounds using the Spider V Remote app (offering over 200 sounds for instruments, speakers and effects).
