The Laney RB (Richter Bass) series offers instruments ranging from small combos for beginners to hear at home to multi-stroke monsters that won't get lost on the biggest stages. In summary, these models are characterized by excellent value for money, very good sound and superior equipment.
The 30 W RB2 combo is equipped with a 10-inch speaker and a high-frequency horn. This provides a wider frequency range and a more defined tone than the RB1, which is without a horn. As a precaution against overdrive, the panel features two instrument inputs for active and passive basses, an integrated limiter and a switchable compressor. A three-band equalizer with selectable mid-band, which in the case of bass guitar creates the character of the tone, allows the sound to be adjusted. The last elements are the overall volume, an input for devices such as CD or mp3 players, a headphone output and a balanced output with which you can output the signal, for example, to a computer and record or to a mixing console during a concert. The practical bevel on the back serves to tilt the box for better listening.
