Specifically, the CXP112 is a monitor that is capable of up to 120W RMS, with an impedance equivalent to 4 Ohms. It is equipped with a 12 inch speaker and a 1 inch top. For connection to a signal source, two connectors labeled Mic (XLR) and Line-In (6.3 mm Jack) are used, the same types of sockets also serve as Line-Link output and output for an external speaker, for example, a passive "brother" from the Laney CXM series or another speaker with a load of 8 Ohms can be used. For control, potentiometers Bass, Mid, Treble and Volume are used.
If you take a closer look at the technical parameters, you will find that the frequency range of the apparatus is 70 to 18 000 Hz and the speaker sensitivity corresponds to 98 dB. Its cabinet has a typical wedge shape, the speakers are covered by a highly durable metal grille, and the corners are meshed.
