Laney BCC Loudpedal IMM

The Laney BCC-LOUDPEDAL-IMM is a two-channel transistor amplifier in pedal effect format. It is a product from the Black Country Customs Ironheart series handcrafted in Laney's British workshop. Created in collaboration with guitarist Martin Miller, this model faithfully reproduces the characteristics of Ironheart tube amps but delivers them in an ultra-compact pedal form.

The BCC-LOUDPEDAL-IMM offers 60 watts of power and two footswitchable channels with a wide range of sounds from crystal clear signal to rock distortion. The clear control panel offers a separate volume and gain control section for each of the two channels. Both channels also feature a three-position mod switch that can be used to dramatically influence the character of the sound. Channel 1 (CH1) has Clean/Sym/Asym modes for adjusting clipping levels, and Channel 2 (CH2) has three Bright/Flat/Dark EQ voicings. For further adjustments, there are controls common to both channels - a three-band EQ, a footswitchable Boost that provides drive and massive distortion, and an integrated Reverb based on a spring algorithm that creates a beautifully ambient space.

The Laney BCC-LOUDPEDAL-IMM is a versatile product that can be used in several ways. Thanks to its speaker output, you can connect it to an 8-16 ohm speaker and use it as a regular guitar. Using the DI output, you can send its signal straight to a mixer or soundcard - LAIR technology is used for this purpose, allowing you to store two different speaker simulations in the pedal (which can be swapped via the LAIR app). Another option is to connect the device to a regular combo and use it as an overdrive pedal.

On the rear panel, you'll find a headphone output for quiet home practice, an Aux in for playing backing tracks, and a transformer-isolated effects loop for integrating your favorite pedal effects. There's also a USB-C connector for connecting to the LAIR app, connecting directly to your DAW, or updating firmware. There's also a MIDI in/thru for connecting external control devices. A 24V adapter is included for power supply.
