Gem Box II is a new version of the popular guitar multieffect from Joyo. You will notice the first improvement immediately - compared to the previous version, it has a color LED display that shows all the current settings. You can choose from eight types of effects (FX Module, Distortion, Amp Simulation, Noise Gate, EQ, Modulation, Delay, Reverb) and individual types within their subgroups. In total, the multi-effect offers sixty-six different sound effects, including seven guitar simulations, forty percussion beats/patterns, and ten different metronome patterns. Add to the eighty company presets another eighty patches where you can store your own creations, i.e. effect modifications.
With the Expression pedal you can control the volume of the output signal as well as the parameters of the individual guitar effects included in the body of the multieffect. A built-in Looper with three minutes of recording capacity allows you to record, layer and save individual tracks. The integrated tuner operates in bypass and mute tuning modes. Seamless use of the multieffect in the home is guaranteed by the audio/mp3 track input, which you can jam to at will, and the combined machine/headphone output, so you don't have to worry about disturbing the neighbours even in a housing estate environment.
The effect is powered by the included 9V adapter or four AA batteries.
