The first electric guitar Jolana Tornado was built in 1963 in Hradec Kralove. The Tornado II model series represents a successful revival of the Tornado brand and semi-bowed guitars, which is confirmed by the list of musicians who play them (Michal Hrůza, Ota Váňa).
The Tornado II SB SD GH RW BCG semi-hollowbody guitar features a maple body with a maple top and a gloss Jawa Red finish. A rosewood fingerboard with twenty-two Medium Jumbo frets is glued to the maple neck with a comfortable "C" profile. White position dots on the fingerboard facilitate orientation.
The instrument is sounded by two pickups of the renowned Seymour Duncan brand. You can adjust the character of the sound using the volume and tone controls and the three-position pickup switch. Stable tuning is guaranteed by the string attachment in the Gotoh SG381 mechanics and through the Gotoh GE103B-T (Tune-o-matic) bridge in the Gotoh GE101Z strings. The stylish workmanship is underlined by the gold hardware.
The guitar comes in a gig bag.
