The X series of the American brand Jackson represents a mid-range electric guitar with typical corporate design and great playing characteristics, but still at a relatively affordable price. Specifically, the Soloist models offer the popular Superstrat body shape.
The construction of this left-handed guitar consists of poplar body wings and a through-molded maple neck with graphite bracing. This design has a positive effect on the sustain of the instrument. The fig wood fingerboard is fitted with twenty-four jumbo-sized frets. Its radius flattens towards the body - allowing both comfortable riffing at the zero fret and comfortable ultra-fast shred in higher positions. Position markers made of imitation Sharkfin pearl make it easy to navigate the fingerboard surface.
Two Duncan Designed HB-103 humbuckers (modeled after the original SD SH-6 Distortion pickups) with ceramic magnets and high output signal give the guitar the juicy sound so needed in metal and rock music. Volume potentiometers, tone controls, and a three-position pickup switch are used for sonic adjustments. The strings are housed in the company's Die-Cast tuning machines and a Floyd Rose double-reverse tremolo, which you can use to add impressive sound effects to your playing.
