Jackson Pro Phil Demmel Demmelition Fury LRL RTF

Electric Guitar / HN199659
The Pro series of the American brand Jackson represents professional quality electric guitars designed for professional players and the general music public. In addition, instruments with typical company design, quality workmanship and great playing characteristics can still be purchased at a price that won't break your budget. Specifically, the Demmelition Fury guitars with the offset body shape (Annihilator) based on the Explorer concept are signature models of Phil Demmel, guitarist best known for his work in Machine Head (also Slayer-live).

The construction of this guitar is composed of mahogany body wings and a through neck made of one piece of maple with graphite bracing. This design has a positive effect on the sustain of the instrument. The fig wood fingerboard is fitted with twenty-four jumbo-sized frets. Its combined radius flattens towards the body - allowing both comfortable riff playing at the zero fret and comfortable ultra-fast shred in higher positions. The position markers made of imitation mother-of-pearl of the Piranha Tooth (Small Sharkfin) type facilitate orientation on the fingerboard surface.

Two active EMG humbuckers provide the instrument's sound with the necessary fullness and precise articulation for singing solos or chord breakdowns, as well as density and aggression for ultra-fast guitar shred and sharply chiseled rock and metal riffs. Two volume potentiometers (for each pickup separately) and a three-position pickup switch are used for sonic adjustments. The strings are housed in the company's Die-Cast tuning machines and a Floyd Rose Special double-reverse tremolo, which you can use to add impressive sound effects to your playing. Tuning stability with frequent use of the lever is guaranteed by locks on the zero fret. The stylish look of the guitar is accentuated by the Red Tide Fade finish and black hardware.

For several decades, electric guitars of the American brand Jackson have been appealing mainly to musicians from metal, metal/core, HC or djent bands who profess a loud sound with a more or less diluted dose of aggression, as evidenced by the list of corporate players. However, the radical metal design can also enchant adventurous musicians from the completely opposite musical spectrum, as evidenced, for example, by Nai Palm of Hiatus Kaiyote, who in turn clearly prove that the sound of Jackson instruments can make its way into genres built on a clean, warm sound.
