Jackson Pro Jeff Loomis Kelly EB BLK

Electric Guitar / HN212118
The Pro series of the American brand Jackson represents professional quality electric guitars designed for professional players and the general music public. In addition, instruments with typical company design, quality workmanship and great playing characteristics can still be purchased at a price that won't break your budget. Specifically, the Jeff Loomis Kelly is the signature model of Jeff Loomis, known for his work in the American progressive metal formation Nevermore, his solo work and his current workload in the Swedish Arch Enemy.

The construction of this guitar consists of a lime body, ash top and a through-molded maple neck with graphite bracing. This design has a positive effect on the sustain of the instrument. The ebony fingerboard is fitted with twenty-four jumbo-sized frets. Its radius flattens towards the body - allowing both comfortable riff playing at the zero fret and comfortable ultra-fast shred in higher positions. Orientation around the fingerboard surface is made easier by position markers made of imitation Sharkfin mother-of-pearl and luminescent dots on the side, giving you perfect visibility even in the darkest parts of the stage.

Two Seymour Duncan active signature Jeff Loomis Blackouts humbuckers with high output signal give the guitar the juicy sound with precise tone articulation and accurate response to the dynamics your need to play sharply chopped metal riffs, ultra-fast shred and sing-along solos. Minimalist controls in the form of a volume potentiometer and three-position switch are fully tailored to the needs of metal players. The strings are housed in the company's Die-Cast tuning machines and a Floyd Rose (1500 Series) double-reverse tremolo, which you can use to add impressive sound effects to your playing.

For several decades now, electric guitars from the American brand Jackson have appealed primarily to musicians from metal, metal/core, HC or djent bands who profess a loud sound with a more or less diluted dose of aggression, as evidenced by the company's roster of players. However, the radical metal design can also enchant adventurous musicians from the completely opposite musical spectrum, as evidenced, for example, by Nai Palm of Hiatus Kaiyote, who in turn clearly prove that the sound of Jackson instruments can make its way into genres built on a clean, warm sound.
