Electro-Acoustic Guitar / HN186985
Electroacoustic guitars from the AEW series are characterized by a narrower body, ideal for sound reinforcement, and the use of exotic woods and a solid top made of commonly used materials, mostly spruce. This combination gives the instruments an impressive appearance and a specific sound.
The construction of the AEWC400 is made of veneered maple with a nice wood grain. A walnut fingerboard with twenty frets is glued to a neck made of exotic nyatoh wood with a pleasant asymmetrical profile. A fine cut-out (Florentine) on the lower body provides a comfortable fingerboard finish all the way to the seventeenth fret. Orientation along the fingerboard surface is facilitated by offset position dots.
Sufficient volume for public performance or playing with a band is provided by Ibanez AEQ-SP2 electronics with integrated tuner and a Fishman Sonicore piezo pickup. The instrument's two outputs, a balanced XLR and a traditional 6.3 mm jack, solve any problems with interconnecting cables and acoustic guitar jacks - you'll simply always be "ready".
Strings are held in chrome Die-Cast tuning machines with black pegs and walnut fingerboard. The guitar's design is accentuated by the body binding and mother-of-pearl rosette.
