Guitars from the Electromatic series are modern classics from Gretsch. Their sound, great style and playing comfort guarantee that once you pick them up, you won't want to let them go.

The semi-hollow single-cut model G5655T-QM EMTC CB JR QLT SPEY offers a comfortable scaled-down body made of fancy laminated flamed maple and a chambered spruce center block. Glued to the Thin "U" profile maple neck is a fig fingerboard fitted with twenty-two Medium Jumbo frets. Orientation on its surface is facilitated by offset position markers made of imitation mother-of-pearl (Neo-Classical Thumbnail).

Two Black Top Broad'Tron humbuckers give the guitar a full dynamic sound with good tone articulation and a slightly higher output signal than the Filter'Tron pickups offer, i.e. they are sonically a little closer to traditional humbuckers. To adjust the sound, there are two volume potentiometers (for each pickup separately), a tone shutter, an overall volume control with Treble Bleed circuit (allowing you to pull down the Master Volume without boosting the bass frequencies) and a three-position pickup switch.

Precise tuning is guaranteed by mounting the strings via the Graphtech NuBone zero fret in the company's die-cast tuning machines and via the Adjusto-Matic tailpiece in the licensed Bigsby B70 tremolo. The guitar's stylish design is accentuated by traditional elements in the form of Aged White body binding, nickel hardware and a Gold Plexi pickguard with black Gretsch corporate logo.
