The GR Bass Groove 1200 bass amplifier offers a staggering 1200 watts of power and is designed to meet the needs of professional bassists looking for a powerful and versatile instrument. Featuring a tube preamp with a pair of 12AX7 tubes combined with a class-D amplifier, the Groove 1200 delivers a full, warm tone while remaining lightweight and easily portable. The brushed steel construction is strong and durable, while the compact size and light weight provide convenience in transport.
On the front panel, the Groove 1200 offers detailed sound control with options such as Gain, Drive and a four-band EQ with selectable center frequencies (220 Hz to 620 Hz and 720 Hz to 1750 Hz). There are also Deep and Bright filters to emphasize bass or treble frequencies and a Pure function that bypasses the EQ for a clean signal. A separate volume control for the headphone output and an independent D.I. output with pre/post EQ switch are ideal for professional performances and recording.
The rear panel features two Speakon Combo outputs for speakers, an effects loop (Send/Return), Aux-In XLR for connecting external devices to the headphone output, and a 9V output for powering additional devices. Footswitch with Mute and Drive functions provides maximum control during play.
