The G&L brand is the last project in which the legendary inventor and entrepreneur Leo Fender participated. This five-string instrument of his design offers not only a modern sound thanks to a wide range of settings. The L2500 model was manufactured between 1997-98 in the USA.
The body is made of ash wood, the neck of maple and the fingerboard of rosewood. The neck joint is a six-bolt joint for added stability. The gauge is the traditional 34" (long scale).
The instrument is in almost original condition, only 1 potentiometer has been replaced, the original one is in the case. The instrument shows that it has been used regularly, it has more patina on it, but everything works, the neck has perfect geometry, the bass is sound and properly played after more than 25 years.
It is being sold including the original case (which is in worse cosmetic condition, but the locks are working). It is, of course, a used item, under the BAZAAR VAT regime.
