Professional tenor trombones from the Custom Reserve series represent the top of the line from the American manufacturer Getzen. Tenor trombone 4047ET, Satin Finish is the signature model of the first trombonist of the Vienna State Opera, Enzo Turriziani.
The trombone is based on the 4047DS and features new elements in the form of a patented harmonic bridge, a revolutionary new feature introduced by Edwards that significantly expands the instrument's sonic possibilities The 4047ET, Satin Finish comes standard with two harmonic bridges made of harder and softer alloy, an interchangeable down tube (Sterling SIlver) and many other innovations.
The instrument's soundboard is made of yellow brass, the tuning cukes are yellow brass (single radius bow) and the outer and inner lowers are made of pakfong (nickel silver). The trombone also features an open quart connection and a satin/semi-matte finish.
The trombone comes in a case with fiberglass construction, adjustable inner padding, removable back and shoulder straps, and an external accessory pocket. The Griego CS5 mouthpiece is included.
