The Furch Violet series is an affordable all-solid body acoustic guitar that will impress you with its stylish natural look, quality craftsmanship and superbly balanced sound.
The front of the Grand Auditorium Violet Gc-ER is made from solid North American Engelmann spruce, while the back and sides are made from solid Indian rosewood. The front, back and sides are finished with an Open Pore finish that provides protection for the instrument and promotes the natural sound characteristics of the wood. The excellent acoustic properties of the instruments are enhanced by the special ribbing on the soundboard.
The CNR System Active bracing guarantees the durability of the instrument and good playing characteristics (matchmaking) even in the most demanding climatic conditions, i.e. the system adapts the neck adjustment to changes in humidity. This system also allows quick and easy adjustment of the neck (increasing or decreasing the aftermath).
Orientation on the ebony fingerboard is facilitated by the side dot position markers. Precise and stable tuning is guaranteed by the company's chrome-plated gears with a gear ratio of 1:18. The nice workmanship is emphasized by the peripheral body trim, pickguard and rosette in black contrasting finish.
Few Czech products have such a worldwide reputation as Furch guitars. The company started in 1981 in one of the many garages of socialist Czechoslovakia, still illegal at the time.
