The Furch Violet range introduces affordable acoustic guitars from 2022 onwards, newly available in all-solid woods that will impress you with their stylish natural look, quality craftsmanship and superbly balanced sound.
The front of the Dreadnought Violet Deluxe D-SM is made from solid Sitka spruce grade A, while the back and sides are made from solid mahogany grade AA. The front, back and sides are finished with an Open Pore finish that provides protection for the instrument and promotes the natural sound characteristics of the wood.
The excellent acoustic properties of the instruments are enhanced by the special ribbing on the soundboard. In the case of the Violet Deluxe D-SM model, both tops are complemented by the new Bevel Duo ergonomic feature, which provides maximum comfort even during prolonged playing.
The Furch CNR System's two-way neck bracing increases the neck's strength, stability and durability. Orientation on the ebony fingerboard is facilitated by the lateral linear position markers. Precise and stable tuning is ensured by the company's chrome-plated gears with a gear ratio of 1:18.
Few Czech products have such a worldwide reputation as Furch guitars. The company started in 1981 in one of the many garages of socialist Czechoslovakia, still illegal at the time.
