The guitars in the Furch Vintage 2 series are distinguished by their rich, balanced sound and attractive, traditional look. In the case of the Dreadnought Furch Vintage 2 D-SR model, it is a full-mass instrument made from high-quality materials - Sitka spruce and AAA-quality Indian rosewood.
The Full-Pore Vintage body finish, a special full-pore lacquer, provides excellent protection for the wood's surface, enhancing its natural texture and giving the guitar a pleasantly patina-like feel. Furch CNR System two-way neck bracing increases the strength, stability and durability of the neck. The excellent acoustic properties of the instruments are enhanced by the special ribbing on the soundboard.
Orientation on the ebony fingerboard is facilitated by square position markers made of white mother-of-pearl. Stable tuning is guaranteed by top-quality Gotoh SE700 mechanics in gold patina with a gear ratio of 1:15. The guitar's attractive appearance is accentuated by a number of stylish decorative details in the form of a herringbone inlay on the soundboard, a double ring rosette in green abalone and faux ivory body, headstock and fingerboard binding.
The instrument comes in a quality Hiscox case.
